All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery to the United States takes 5-15 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Velura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at support@velura.live and we will do our best to help.
