Returns
To request a refund, contact us at support@velura.live within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the product to receive a full refund. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@velura.live.
